Laurence Paquette is a fractional CMO, executive coach, and keynote speaker based in Copenhagen, Denmark, working with organisations and leaders internationally. She spent fifteen years in corporate marketing and brand leadership, most recently as VP Marketing and Brand at Vestas, and now works independently. She is neurodivergent and speaks and writes on inclusive leadership, neurodiversity, and doing corporate life differently. Her book, Lead Anyway: 10 Rules for Leading When You Break the Mold, is forthcoming with De Gruyter in autumn 2026. All commercial engagements are contracted through PAQ Anyway ApS.
