We’re doing it wrong. 🚨
We need to stop preparing kids for jobs—because we don’t even know what jobs will exist in the future. AI and automation are flipping the workforce upside down. The traditional “study, work, retire” model? It’s already falling apart.
And here’s another issue we can’t pass on to our children: We’ve tied our identity to our jobs for too long.
Think about it—when you meet someone new, the first question is usually: “So, what do you do?” As if our worth is measured by a title on LinkedIn. But what happens when that title disappears? When automation takes over? When industries collapse overnight?
Instead of training kids to chase careers that might not exist, we should be teaching them how to think, solve problems, and adapt. The future belongs to those who can build, create, and innovate—not just follow instructions.
So let’s stop asking, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” and start asking:
🔥 What problems do you want to solve?
⚡ What skills do you want to master?
🌍 How do you want to shape the world?
The future won’t care about job titles. It will care about what you can do.
👉 Agree? Disagree? Let’s talk.
